My name is Suni,
My remarkable journey has taken me from the lush landscapes of Thailand to my current home in Brisbane. For 8 years, I have immersed myself in the serene bayside, just a short trip away from the vibrant heart of the city. Teaching has been my lifelong passion. In Thailand, I spend 14 years as a teacher, shaping young minds. Upon arriving in Australia, I continued my journey as a childcare educator for 13 years. I foster a spirit of generosity because I believe in uplifting others and creating a ripple of kindness that extends beyond ourselves.
Why did I become so deeply interested in Yoga & Meditation?
“HEALTH IS WEALTH” this mantra has guided me since my teenage years. Back then, I was an avid basketball player and runner. Later, I discovered my love for aerobic dance, becoming an instructor in Northern Thailand.
However, after years of teaching, my knees began to suffer. It was during this challenging phase where I was introduced to the transformative power of this ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation two decades ago. Not only did these practices heal my body, but they also brought peace to my mind. Unlike other exercises, Yoga uplifted me holistically.
This is where my journey began, 21 years ago, in Thailand and it blossomed when I moved to Brisbane where I completed a 200 –hour yoga teaching training with an Indian Yoga teacher. Since then, I have been sharing my passion by teaching yoga classes in Wynnum, Manly and Lota.
From my hands- on experience practicing yoga and meditation over 21 years on a daily basis. I have experienced long term health benefits and understand how yoga and meditation impacts my life.
